Top notch customer service.
I had an issue with my chain on day one. I contacted Briller right away. They emailed me back almost instantly, and sent out a fresh chain in the next day's mail.
It arrived quickly, corrected and they didn't even ask me to return the damaged chain.
I can't say enough nice things about them. Top notch service, and the final product was terrific.
