These people can't plan a project, nor execute it anywhere accordingly. They've been dragging people along for close to 4 years on Indiegogo with shady updates and other nonsense, but not being anywhere close to delivering the promised product.
Now they even start deleting comments on Indiegogo, reply with ChatGPT, and still try to make them look like they delivered so many working units (of unrelated products).
Don't bother listening to their updates, look at the recent reviews here. People are fed up.

No one cares about the other products you have delivered, those are not the ones in question, and no the ones you've been dragging people along with.
Plus, you know very well that you have been reporting any comments that you didn't like. Comments have disappeared left and right. No one else is doing this on your behalf. I've been keeping screenshots, so these bs excuses of yours (which we all expected) simply do not fly.
No one is making any false claims, you are trying to portray yourself as the victim, blaming users for their frustration of you not hitting EVEN REMOTELY close to what you have promised. And you won't even refund people, despite "understanding that people are fed up".

Just to clarify the context -
GoChess XR is a Kickstarter project, which means customers are supporting the development and production of a completely new product that did not exist before. This type of campaign involves a longer and more complex process compared to purchasing an already available item, as it includes engineering, testing, and manufacturing stages before delivery.
For our existing products, we have already shipped close to one million units worldwide to customers, with a strong track record of delivery and customer satisfaction.
Now after the intorudction , here is our reply to your claims-
We’d like to respond with facts, because several claims here are simply incorrect:
We cannot delete comments on Indiegogo or Kickstarter. Creators do not have the ability to remove backer comments. If there were a way to do so, we’d genuinely like to know it ourselves.
The timeline is wrong. GoChess launched about 2.5 years ago, not 4 years. The project is late, which we openly acknowledge, but inflating the timeline doesn’t help anyone.We have delivered real products.
GoChess Lite and GoChess Mini have been shipped to thousands of customers worldwide and are actively used today. These are not “unrelated fantasies” but part of the same GoChess ecosystem.
GoChess XR is moving into beta. We are preparing to ship real XR units to real backers as part of the beta phase, which is the most advanced stage the project has reached so far.
This is an active, ongoing project. Development has never stopped. Delays have come from real engineering challenges, not abandonment or bad faith.
We understand that some people are fed up and disappointed. That frustration is real. But it’s important to base criticism on facts, not exaggerated or false claims.
