My experience with VLink during a recent QA application was extremely disappointing. The process was handled unprofessionally by both Chandan Chandil and Pragya Choudary, with repeated communication issues, lack of empathy, and incorrect information that directly affected my candidacy.
I was rushed for details even while I was in the emergency room with my daughter, yet when I clearly emailed asking not to submit my profile, I received no response. Because of this lack of confirmation, I reasonably assumed my profile had not been submitted.
I was later told I was on the interview list, which I confirmed was untrue. My submission was then cancelled without my approval, despite my written request only asking for confirmation of the process. Both individuals became unresponsive during this time.
Fieldglass later confirmed that VLink had not followed the proper withdrawal procedure. When I relayed this, I was met with dismissive and unprofessional comments, including “NO, I WILL NOT send it” and “we have a life,” before the call was abruptly ended — all during normal business hours.
Throughout this situation, I remained professional, but the lack of accountability, empathy, and clarity from VLink’s team — including a VP‑level leader — was alarming. For an established organization, I expected far better communication and professionalism.
