this is now the 3rd time trying to rent from these guys only for the ddos protection they claim to offer....every time i setup service with them it installs quick and sets up quick...but the server listing is so wack it comes and goes i have wrote support many times,they just close the ticket,or the newest one is your not discord authed even tho i had provided server information,screenshots of why the issue is happening...so i diagnosed this myself with the available data i have from the server and servers that talk to the rented server...they have my game server on a vpn from south africa to the netherlands....it drops and connects so often the server statistics are up time of 50%...thats how many times the api cannot be called on to check server status...i provided all these details and the guys just close the ticket or basically tell me to screw off....
