Unfortunaly Not only me had a bad experience with TrustPilot appointed company Veriff.
Unfortunaly I had a bad experience with this company Veriff, which was supposed to guide me to comply with the requirements of taking a selfie plus my Peruvian ID as per Truspilot's requirement.
I commenced the procedure to connect my mobile phone with the company through a link they sent to my mobile phone, but it took along time to process because even though the first intent they took about 4 pictures of my ID on both sides, they said it not good then I suggested i would switch to another mobile phone just in case my first one was something obsolete. Greater was my surprise that with this second mobile, we again could not complete the procedure in spite of the fact that they took about 2 pictures from each side of my ID. When the session expired, I talked to my son, who happened to have an iPhone to let me use it in the belief that it would be better to complete the requirement Veriff had to receive a selfie and pictures of my ID. They came back saying that the time had expired and that if I wanted to do it again, I would have to wait ten minutes. Waited the extra ten minutes, but to no avail because I could not get to connect with them. I said enough is enough and decided to stop it there because I became suspicious of this company that may be involved in not-so-serious business (read the comments on the internet ), confirming this theory that the company TrustPilot is using, i.e., requested the services of the Veriff company to obtain the selfies and ID documents from the people applying for the job.
