Poor customer service

I received an email on December 15 saying my sofa was ready and asking me to schedule delivery of my new sofa. I scheduled for December 23 afternoon. Expecting delivery on the 23rd, I reached out twice the week before and customer service couldn’t tell me anything about delivery. I reached out again on the 22nd and a service rep sent me an email that they claim was sent on December 12 (prior to accepting my December 23 delivery date) saying my sofa was coming from overseas and won’t even get to the US until January 6th. Something is seriously wrong with the company’s customer service. Very disappointing. Will be spending holidays without anywhere to sit this year!
