Poor customer service with bad business practice
I signed up only because my instructors were supposed to host a podcast here, but it never worked. When I went to cancel, I was denied a refund for being one day past the free trial. Leslie in customer support and Melody in billing were completely unhelpful, offering no flexibility or real solution. I ended up paying for something I couldn’t even use. This kind of rigid, customer unfriendly approach speaks volumes. I’d avoid this service, there are far better companies to support that offer better solutions when things don’t go as expected.
Update Dec 2nd: I reached out to podbean customer service and unfortunately there response was a front to seem supportive, but it has been found to lack intent. Not good customer service by any means.
