Be Aware
The issue has already been resolved by Hellamaid in the form of a full refund, but I feel it's important for other potential customers to be aware.
We paid a stupid amount to have our house cleaned before a move. The results were pitiful at best. The company offered a partial refund or a re-"clean". We asked for a partial refund.
And then we asked again a week later.
And then again a week later.
And then we posted a negative review and the company suddenly replied to our emails offering a *full* refund if we removed that review.
So we are finally back where we started after (what felt like) months of back and forth with this company as they 1. didn't provide the service they promised and then 2. continually tried to avoid taking responsibility for that.
Anyway, as I said I just feel like it's important for others to be informed because people have a lot more important things to do than deal with this kind of BS.
