Ordered a dedicated server from Hostslim, server went down and still is down for 4 weeks already.
After 16 days of downtime they managed to replace the server with a server without harddisk, so again unusable, I created a new ticket complaining about the lack of harddrive and since then it's complete radiosilence for 14 days and counting already.

Tickets aren't handled, their own SLA is a real joke.
Their administration is a mess, after payment you still receive Unpaid invoice notifications and they send invoices for non-working services.
When servers are delivered it's with crappy, non working controlpanels.
When you finally got it running, fingers crossed, when something goes wrong with their service, your screwed.

Highly not advisable provider.
