If I could give this company a negative star I would
Do not ever pay at an appliance store for this company to be the warranty they do everything they can to not pay you. They make your life as miserable as they can. It takes months to get approval even for the initial steps with them I paid $2000 for warranties on my products in my kitchen. I wish I had read the reviews. I am one step away from filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, please do not use this company. They are one step away from a scam artist.

please understand that this company will ask for the paperwork multiple times to multiple email addresses and then claim that they don’t have it and when you call for an update, you get an automatic recording that says we will call you back in two days which does not happen. I started my process with this company months ago. I will update everyone on this thread of when I actually get my check which I wrote a check out for $2800.06 weeks ago I will tell everyone when I actually get reimbursed.

I spoke with Ms. Geri Emmett today (10/16/2025). I thanked her for her patience and apologized for the delay in the processing of her claim. I informed her that the check in the amount of $2,300 is scheduled to be issued next Tuesday (10/21/2025), and she should expect to receive it within 7–10 business days. Ms. Emmett expressed her appreciation for the update and communication.
