I have been waiting for my Sharp refrigerator to be repaired since January. Same story each time I call. I cannot even count the times I have contacted them. They say they have to contact the service center and will call me back. Almost never to hear back. Now they gave me the service center number to call myself. This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I also work in retail selling this product which I now will never sell again. I left out a lot of details but 8 months waiting for a fridge to be repaired really tells the story. This fridge was less than a year old when This started.
