I booked two separate accommodations in Greece on booking .com. On both occasions I selected pay at the hotel, but the site requires entry of credit card details. In both cases the hotel fees were deducted immediately
. When we needed to cancel 13 plus days prior to planned arrival for very valid unforeseeable circumstances no refund whatsoever
recommend use other more reputable booking sites
