My children wanted a frog camping chair that was displayed outside the store. When entering I was greeted by 2 lovely staff members called Amanda and Joe who informed me that sadly they were out of the frog pattern. They then helped me by showing myself and my children the other designs they had available in the store, putting them up for the children to see and explaining how they go up and down with a handy button. Once chosen they both assisted with the till and told me about the warranty and how to follow up on that if needed. Extremely grateful to Amanda and Joe who went above and beyond for myself and my children.
