TOTAL CON is right! PLEASE do not use this service, because they have zero customer focus. I have had an escalated ticket out for over a week and nothing. The hotel lied about a number of things, pictures of the place we were renting vaguely resembled what they gave us. It was not possible for us to stay there. Facility lied again, telling booking that we were a no-show. The woman even took 10euros in advance for tax, she failed to return my money. I am in a fight to get my money back. Will NEVER use booking.com again.
