Impressed with follow up to expressed concerns.
We have felt that management of PFleet do not care nor do they listen to us. Last year we expressed our concern that the pricing PFleet provided us with is already 24 hours old. It is extremely hard to manage expenses when we don't even know what we are actually paying for fuel until a day later.
I previously filed a review here and gave a very poor rating. Since the original filing, the owner, Jake, has contacted us and explained how they receive their pricing from local CFNs and why it takes 24 hours for PFleet to notify us of our price. It is reality however unfortunate that PFleet's hands are tied as far as timing of when they publish pricing due to communication from CFN companies in Idaho. We appreciate Jake taking time out of his busy schedule to speak with us about our concerns.
