Terrible Service.
On 17th March I called to query why you had paid a parking ticket on my behalf, I was aware that the ticket was comming and was told to take it in to be cancelled. As the fine had been paid by you, I cannot now get it cancelled. The letter stated you would charge me £50 and the fine charge. I was told this would be taken by D/D. No date of this was given.
I called customer service and was told I called the wrong team. I read out the letter, that said to call this number. I then said I wanted to make a formal complaint. While I was saying what I was complaining about I was repeatedly interrupted. I was told someone would contact me about the parking ticket. NO ONE HAS. I have received no acknowledgement or response to my complaint. The fine and admin charge has not yet been taken from my account. I still have no idea when it will be taken or how much.
