My package was lost
My package was lost. I contacted Wayrumble & they were very responsive with ordering a replacement. However, my package was a gift and I missed the person’s birthday. I asked for a small percentage off and they refused, only offering me 15% off on a future purchase because they claimed they took the hit for the loss of the package. I had to buy an alternate gift, so I took a loss. I’m sure FedEx reimbursed them. I think they should’ve given me 15% off for the inconvenience and got the time I spent with various follow-ups.
