Stopped working after 15 months
Stopped working after 15 months of once a week use. Doesn't hold a charge enough for one cycle, and on button stopped working shortly after. Cheaply made. The plastic grid you're supposed to remove to clean has no place to grip so that's always difficult. Company states 8-10 year life on its website - DON'T BELIEVE IT! and they refuse to replace it. Best they offer is 20% discount. No way thanks ! If they think it lasts 10 years, why wouldn't they offer a 10 year, or even 5 year guarantee? Because they know.
