What a disaster 4th should be Last
I join 4th utility two weeks ago. And installation was smooth and perfect because made by City Fibre. Speed for first week was not great 256mb that was max. During weekend was worst also connect me to some server is US cant browse UK websites. After two weeks my patient was done. I try call them and over 50min wait, write complaint no response from them at all. When finally connected with tech support inform him about my issue he told me that issue is my router Eero Pro 6. Because router what they send me is slower then my Nokia 3310 :P. Tech guy told that i need get back to old router, even if i told him that i got knowledge with setting up network. highly not recommend to anyone. customer service it's a joke. Even if you look over all those reviews posted here there is no replay from company by itself. They don't care about customers at ALL
