No response to claiming warranty
I’ve bought a few of vincero watches over the years and was reasonably happy with the watches for the price. Earlier this year, the hands on one of my watches came loose so I emailed vincero about their warranty as directed on their website. I’ve sent multiple emails and 5 months later, I still have not received a response. Very disappointing and I will no longer purchase or recommend vincero watches
