First of all, the watch I bought from here is great, I love it. Very smart and fits great.

What made the experience that much better though was the outstanding customer service. I ordered a few months ago and despite being told by a certain delivery company that my watch was delivered the first time, it wasn’t as they had not even attempted delivery despite emails saying they had. Vincero kindly sent out a replacement after several back and forward emails with the delivery company. The replacement was unfortunately never picked up by the courier and again after I explained to Vincero I hadn’t received the watch, they were very understanding and sent out a second replacement. I received this today and as I mentioned, I am extremely happy with it. Thank you Vincero , would highly recommend to anyone looking for a new watch or accessory from a vet trustworthy independent company.
