ACT worst customer service

On June 20th I signed our son up for the July testing to try for higher score before August. I paid the test fee plus a $38 late sign up fee. We had him tested for ADHD in late May and we’re waiting on that. After he was signed up we emailed the additional accommodations form. All of this from my email. Last week one week before test date he received an email he was turned down for special accommodations. Ok but when still needed to take the test we paid for. I had him call the number and he was told to he was not set up with a testing center and would have to go in September. We literally paid extra to test in July? So I call I got one nice human that said they are aware September is past the deadline for colleges and yes he should still have a testing center. She transferred me to accommodations but I got disconnected. Called back for another 30 minute hold and two extremely unhelpful and rude ACT representatives one a supervisor named Fiona. When I asked to be transferred they purposely put me on hold for 40 minutes then said they needed him there again with me. I called again next day and was told we somehow should have known to schedule a new test with them without accommodations but it was already to late. I NEVER received any communication from ACT to the email after the 6/20 sign up that A he was not approved for accommodations or B that he needed to call and reschedule however even when he did call they blew him off
