My order was not sent on the expected day as stated
No answer to my phone call
No reply to any emails
No response from any correspondence
The flowers did arrive 2 days late and were very nice by all accounts however i had to purchase emergency flowers for the recipient for mothers day
No refund offered
So thats my experience and far from impressed
Would never order or recommend this company to anyone
