Sent me the wrong item

Sent me the wrong item, wanted to keep it and be refunded for the price difference...no dice. Very unproffesional!

Update:

Still won't refund me for pricedifference between what I ordered and what I received. I want to keep the item I received, since import charges and the price for shipping far exceeds the cost of just reimbursing me.

Thank you for providing your details. I have checked your order and I can see our Customer Service team have advised to return the wrong item received back to us.

Once you have posted the return, if you reply back to our Customer Service team with a photo of your proof of postage receipt and we will by able to look at resending a replacement (subject to stock) or refunding you right away.
