I would leave zero stars if I could. Absolute scam. Added on another £50 to booking. Very deceptive, looked as though I was booking directly through The Holiday In. But the site was intercepted. They then add on fees that are not quoted. I emailed and received an automated email. Really bad customer service, just a blanket email. Called Holiday Inn themselves and they were apologetic but it is out of their hands.

Just beware everyone I think of myself as savvy but have been totally scammed. Booking.com is a much better route and free cancellation. Do not book with this company!!
