Very bad company. They had an offer on United airline for $90 per ticket. My father purchased 2 tickets and got a confirmation/reservation #. He planned his trip accordingly, booked his hotel, car rental...etc the next day, someone from the company called him and said that this offer is no longer valid and that they can rebook him the same flights but the rate will be about $250 per ticket which he found the day before cheaper on different websites. He told them that he doesn't want to rebook and to cancel the reservation. They said that they will have to charge him $50 fees per ticket if he doesn't rebook with them and that is in their terms & conditions. This was really frustrating and nothing but a scam. My father is not a computer savy, he is an old guy and dictated me this review. Never use them or recommend them to anyone.
