We were clearly ripped off by the Nashville, TN group on 54th Ave. Heat went out, technician spent 5 hours replacing a transformer and connector: $977. It went out again that evening and he wanted another $1200 to replace the wiring. Instead, we called another company who replaced the wiring and new transformer (which had blown because the OneHour guy had misdiagnosed the problem) for $325. One Hour mgmt did not respond to multiple emails. 0 satisfaction.
