I’ve been with First Direct bank for many years now and quite honestly there isn’t a bank out there that gives the consistent 1st class service you get from them. If ever I’ve had to ring,it’s answered in seconds, not minutes. The best part for me is the English service centre, so polite and helpful. Would recommend to anyone.
