Get what you pay for!
Pictures were poor quality, badly filtered and when I asked the estate agent to change them he ignored me and posted the advert anyway. He Didn’t explain that pay later still applied if they don’t sell your house, unlike any other estate agent, so still had to pay the fees even though they didn’t sell it!
I asked for one day of viewings, but he arranged random viewings without telling me, even late into the evening when I have small children. After 3 months we gave up and took it off the market for 2 months, went with Peter Alan and they sold it on the first open house afternoon.
Wouldn’t recommend, you get what you pay for!
