Poor Customer Service

In 2016 I published a book of Poetry with Lulu, Wild Soil. They were great and I really enjoyed working with the cover designers.

However, I submitted a ticket over two months ago requesting help in changing my cover design (deleting text basically) as well as changing some interior content since I do not have a PDF or other version of the cover they designed for me. I received a message a MONTH later saying that they could not help, and that my message was forwarded to the Services Supervisor. Then my ticket was closed...I have yet to hear from the Supervisor, and when I rated the service poorly and sent another message, my ticket was reopened.

Its been five days now since that time and I've had NO CONTACT with anyone. I assume they will be sitting on my ticket for another two months before passing it onto someone else, or closing my ticket again altogether. This is very poor customer service, and as there is no phone number for me to speak to a human being on, I can't even attempt to express my concern over the phone! I want to be able to change my book, purchase more copies, and keep my product updated, but I simply can't do this without their assistance.

I am writing this in hopes that their Services team will finally contact me concerning ISBN 978-4843-6116-8. Ticket number: 231563.
