Horrible, horrible company. Super sneaky the way they do business. I'm wondering why Holiday Inn Express hasn't done anything about this company using their customers. I'll never stay at a Holiday Inn Express because of the fact that they don't seem to care about their customers being taken by bookaroom.com. The Manager and the clerk knew all about it, they said it happens all the time and there's nothing they can do. Huh.
