The items (Xbox controllers) were a good price and shipped quickly, but the packaging on each controller was clearly damaged and shipped with very poor protection.

Both the controllers were simply put in a standard thin-air bubble envelope with nothing to hold them in place or prevent impact damage. I'm giving them as gifts so I don't have time to return, just hoping the controllers themselves are not damaged.
