DON'T USE ZYRO!! Since they were bought out by Hostinger they've removed all the good, really useful features that made Zyro a winning place to host. Now... it's a big fat piece of crap. My website went from 100% functional to absolutely useless literally overnight. Everything was gone, categories, customer info, orders, subscriber info, ads photos, and product option, I'm talking everything! Now I have to completely rebuild the site! And that will be elsewhere, not with Hostinger.

i strongly don't recommend going for zyro as they have ZERO customer service.. its a pain when you have certain problems with the website and I've sent some emails to them and they never replied me AT ALL.
Also - Very very limited integration options.

Great website builder and easy to use! However there is no way to recover an account if put under a wrong email address. I was wondering if there were any other ways to recover my account.

A great website builder! Actually fairly similar to Squarespace and even a little easier to navigate than their UI. I appreciate that it's affordable. I'd recommend it and probably give it 4.5 stars if I could.

I joined a year ago, I made the effort to build my online shop from scratch, they had excellent customer service on real-time chat and the process was so smooth.
BUT now they have changed platforms, I have to rebuild my shop and spend time AGAIN, the customer service does not provide help through real-time chat, which is frustrating and confusing when you are building the pages and long story short, I have paid a service that makes me rebuild everything again and spend time reading guides and instructions -AGAIN-.
I would advise NEW customers to join an established service that it's been around for many years to have peace of mind once they have their website up and running.

I did a mistake choosing Zyro because…
I did a mistake choosing Zyro because my country is not on the list. No-one find me, even though the domain name is perfect: what I sell linked with the name of my country. It is unbelievable, no-one in a year has done a purchased, due to my country is not on the list of Zyro. They do zero effort to connect customers with analytics.
Support is non-existent
Support is non-existent. They say they will connect usually around 10 minutes plus send emails. Both fails.

I had closed down my webpage over 12 mths ago and still got charged for a renewal that I don't need, these guys also don't answer any of my emails in regards to what has happened... Thank for nothing you grubs 🤬

My domain was canceled for non-pay which was not a problem. Shortly thereafter; l paid the invoice and the donation is still down 8-10 hours later.

My experience with Zyro only degraded with time. I'm a graphic designer, so it's logical that I want my website to be as personalized as I can make it. At the beginning things were going smoothly, but as the weeks and months went by I encountered countless bugs, which they fixed, but some are still there. The website editor experience got subtly clunkier to use, and I found myself with bugs that would halt me completely. The main issue that prevented me from continuing is that the mobile view editing is super messy to use since the release of smart layouts. You have to move each element one by one, which wasn't even a problem before. You don't even have a multi select; one of the most trivial things, selecting multiple elements, isn't there. That was the final nail in the coffin for me. Without it, rearranging elements it's a pain in the ass. With it, their main problem would be solved, and I would be able to use the editor again.
EDIT March 26: They've finally added multiple selection, but it's still not that much usable. You can drag a selection box, but if you want to pick elements that are further above or below the screen, that box won't stay where you started dragging. And there is still no feature as simple as selecting multiple elements with CTRL. I'm eager for them to add such a thing. If they do I'd be able to finally continue with my website, and my subscription. But because of that I'm leaving empty handed and heartbroken.
"Enhanced mobile view editing" was on their roadmap, but for some reason they silently removed it. I paid two years in vain.
If you feel comfortable with templates, then Zyro is for you. But if you want to rearrange elements and give it a more customized feel, you will quickly find Zyro's editor flaws.
The Best Customer Service Team I Ever Had
I built my website with the help of the Zyro Customer Service Crew. They Have been so helpful in assisting me when I was losing my mind. LOL.
They have been always willing to help. I have never had such a wonderful experience with a group of customer service agents. Rodrigo, Dievidas, Emily, Rugile, Titas, Oskaras are fantastic. (Sorry if I missed a name) Great help to me.
Even tho there have been growing pains with a couple of bugs in the system, you guys still came through. Thank you and I hope we can continue this relationship.
Webhook integration - week 2 follow up
I have been requesting this feature of webhook integration to contact forms from more than 6 months. I have created feature requests multiple times. But, there is no response from zyro on at least the feature being planned to be included in the roadmap.
I did follow up again on the webhook integration feature for Contact forms. There is still no plan for this to include this.
I am really disappointed. Will try again next week.
Avoid if you need access for more than 1 user
The site is ok and the features for creating your own website are good HOWEVER you cannot add other people to manage your site which is a MAJOR downside. Customer service leaves a lot to be desired.
(to add to not being able to add someone I am certain when I first created the account I was able to do this as an SEO company were able to access and edit the site heavily and I had not given them my personal log in.)

You removed my account and won't get back to me with the support email. Aren't you supposed to have a 24/7 support team? It's been a week now and I've emailed you guys every day. I still haven't gotten a single response email.

If I could give this a 0 I would. I have built my own websites before and it has never been this frustrating ever! Their product is full of glitches and limitations. Once you spend endless hours fixing all the glitches you go back hours later to find all your work is jumbled up on the pages again! If you fix a page with images and text boxes it will look different in PC view and in Phone view. If you get it right on one it will look unacceptable on the other. The customer service is hopeless and they refuse to give you your money back.
Zyro’s misleading credit card processing fee – Dishonorable
Zyro provides easy-to-use web design software although its functions are limited as compared to other web design software companies, such as Wix.com. Zyro technical support personnel are outstanding.
However, Zyro’s practice in describing its credit card processing charge rate is not honorable. It created misleading information about the charge rate. For example, it advertises that it uses Stripe for credit card processing and Stripe’s fee is 1% of a sale transaction, that is the only charge. There are no other transaction fees.
It turns out from our first testing purchase, Stripe’s fee is not 1%, but 4.89%. We communicated with Zyro asking for an explanation of the difference between the advertised 1% and the actual 4.89%. Zyro’s explanation is “the advertised Stripe fee of 1% refers to Zyro’s fee from the Stripe credit processing fee and now Zyro has waived the 1%. Stripe has its own rate which Zyro claims it does not know.” The explanation had zero reflection in its description of the credit card processing charge rate. Zyro did it purposely.
Zyro’s dishonesty showed and filled our communication from the beginning to the end. For example, we asked what the total charge rate of a transaction is. Your company advertised the total charge rate as 1%. They kept saying we waived 1% of Zyro’s charge. Finally, we had to kindly informed them “please don’t mention Zyro’s 1% charge anymore". We never asked you that question. What we asked is “what is the total charge rate?” They never answered the question in our 20-minute-long communication. Clearly, they purposely tried to avoid the misleading information they advertised.
Personally, I think a 4.89% rate on a single sale transaction is too high. If they had advertised the true rate, no one would build an eCommerce using its software. With the misleading information, some companies like us may go ahead with their software. By the time some of those companies realized the true rate, it might be too late to abandon it because they have completed the whole website development.
This message serves the purpose of reminding those who may want to use Zyro's software to build an eCommerce. Please think again if the 4.89% transactional charge is right for you.
