Absolutely DISAPPOINTING
I fail to understand why you are using Delhivery for delivering orders. My order was placed on 28th October and today - 4th November I got the items delivered.
In today's context, this is utterly unacceptable...you charged Rs 120 for delivery and it took a week...if you had put this package on Speed post, it would have taken maximum 2 days and would definitely be cheaper...

There were two items of different quality but of equal quantity (weight). The packaging had no identification making it impossible for me to understand which one contains which product. Please add a label in such cases.

Delay in delivery
You promised 3 days delivery. I placed order on 25/10/20 and delivery made on 31/10/20. If Puja vacation is considered then also it took clear 5 days. Commitment should be kept.

Packing
Received courier, but to my surprise
the packing is not as i expected. You are suppose to send the tea powder in air tight box or in tetra pack, so as to keep the aroma & tea fresh. I have not tasted yet, will give u feedback later.
