Blown away with the quality!! I looked at many cabinet mirrors from other stores however Zure was by far the most affordable, this had me questioning the product quality. I was shocked with how well built these are when they arrived and not to mention, delivery was very fast! Ordered Sunday and arrived on my door step in Brisbane Tuesday morning.

Nathan was very helpful over the phone when I called to enquire about the cabinet mirror I purchased. He advised that there was a delay in the delivery, which suited me - and I appreciated his honesty. Delivery came as promised. although we are yet to put it up, It looks exactly how I thought it would. Wry happy

Customer service was great prior to ordering as I phoned a couple of times to ask questions. Very fast delivery. However now have issues due to the item arriving damaged. After several phone calls the company has come through and organised a courier to pick up the bulky item. Very approachable by phone or email.

Nathan was so helpful answering my queries on a round mirror with storage and delivered as promised. Ordered the mirror on Friday around 2.30pm and it was delivered on Monday lunch time. Delivery was so fast. Thank you so much Nathan for your excellent customer service.

Everything went smoothly and quickly from ordering to delivery. My only disappointment was I could see the internal shape of the vanity top that I ordered and I probably would have chosen something else. Just an on-line issue where you cant touch and feel something. I like the cabinet from what I can see so far, I havent had it installed as yet though.

Everyone from the zure team was so helpful and nice. They kept in contact and answered all questions along the way. They even made shipping cheaper for me as it came in a little high. Highly recommend and will use again in the future.

OMG! This mob is SO EFFICIENT!!! I am very, very, impressed with their clear communication and level of customer service. They actually contacted US to make sure we realised we had ordered something with a delayed delivery! Then they recommended another product that was in stock AND cheaper! The order was adjusted and the refund was processed immediately. This type of intelligent, pro-active customer service is rare in the building industry. Thank you so much. We will definitely use this company again.
