I work directly with Gina and Alisa on a weekly basis. Besides the professionalism they both always display, they both always have a friendly, comforting demeanor as well that makes you feel at ease. I can always call and ask either one of them any question and they always have an answer or would get back to me with an answer. I couldn't ask for a better payroll team!

We recently changed payroll companies to process our payroll. Zuma has been extremely helpful and reliable and has offered considerable enhancements and features above our previous company at a much lower cost. If you're in the market for a new payroll service, I would highly recommend using Zuma.

Working with Sophia is so pleasant. Often times I'm on the road and not in front of a computer. She answers the phone every time I call and processes my payroll within minutes.

Having used both Paychex and ADP in the past, I can honestly say that Zuma is the best. While their website may not be as intuitive as the big guys, I only need to call/email my dedicated rep for instant answers. No pressing buttons, listening to automated responses, or being kept on hold endlessly -- I get the SAME REAL PERSON each time I call. 5 big stars for Zuma!

There are the perfect payroll company for a small or large business. They are always spot on and never miss a beat. When I need something I always get a response with in a couple of hours.

Customer care is always eager and on point. Requests are fulfilled in timely matter. A complaint I have is that reports can't be exported into Excel or csv, but otherwise all is fine. Very cost efficient.

Sophia is a great tele rep. Always fits the payroll call into my schedule and is always plesant to talk to. She has the answers to my questions, and when I need certain reports, I always have them in a matter of minutes. Thank you for that attention to my business. One less thing to worry about.

My client is using Zuma for their Payroll & Processing and at the time I had to manually enter the Payroll & all transaction associated with it into the QuickBooks file. When I spoke with Larry (the rep. for my client) he said tell me what you want and we will build it.....
Well they did, him and his team worked with what I told them I needed, and I was amazed at how seamlessly there report intergrated with QB's...
I highly recommend this company, they are easy to talk with and to work with, they listen to your needs and help find a solution.
