Don’t believe the shipping timelines
Your website states orders ship next day if placed Monday to Thursday, with an estimated delivery date of 2 to 5 business days.
I ordered products that were in stock on January 16 at 2:38 pm (a Thursday). The order did not ship until January 22. I received the order January 27 (7 business days for delivery). However, I did receive the items I ordered.

We want to clarify that your order, placed on January 16, was prepared and ready for pickup the very next day as per our standard timeline. However, the carrier did not collect the package until Tuesday, January 21, which unfortunately delayed the delivery process.
