I love zubie and recommend to all my friends. Very useful.

All I get from Zubie is a report on my driving (breaking too much etc.) My almost constant ON motor light gets a code, with the explanation "lean bank" which neither I nor my mechanic understands.
To be fair, I want to mention that my son bought the Zubie for me, maybe he wants to check on my driving!
But one thing is for sure: Zubie should explain the code better than "lean bank".

We use zubie for fleet tracking. Works well.

I have two units and they work great. Coverage is consistent. I move them between three vehicles and have not had any problems with connectivity. I have contacted customer service once regarding a problem with a subscription renewal discount and they took care of it right away. I have recommended this product to several people who have purchased them and they all have said they like it.

Can't reach support group to assist with issues in using this product. Not good

Worked some of time but would drop coverage for days at a time. This was 2 years ago. I didn’t renew after first year as it didn’t perform as expected all of the time. When it did perform it was useful

I returned this device after a week due to poor customer service and never being able to resolve my problem with the device. I also asked to be removed from their email list and I’m still receiving messages.

The customer service I receive from the Zubie team is unmatched. The chat feature within the site makes it easy to reach out and the response time is phenomenal and personal.

I didn’t purchase Anything from you now I have to try to figure it out.

Didn't work, and no followup on support inquiries

It's priced cheaply but turns out that's for a reason. They literally have no support for the product. They say support is provided by email but that's done poorly at first then eventually not at all. The console is hard to set up and I still can't get alerts or other features to work.

Big waste of money, wish I had stayed with previous GPS provider.

I returned the device after 30 days. Had too many issues. GPS signal keep getting lost. Kept getting false alerts.

Slow in updates of moving vehicles. Often my son is home for 20 mins before it updates. Sometimes the map shows the world and not where the car is. I have to expand down to find the car. It is very frustrating.

I do like the gas, the grade (fast excelerating and hard stops)...that is nice to show my son his trip history. But for accurate and timely location, not so much.

I love knowing that my daughter is going to student teaching and not going to parties with my car.

Zubie represents great promise, but its actual execution has been very spotty. Mostly in the consistent performance of the device itself.

We implemented over 50 devices and had issues with too many failing and/or not reporting consistently.

The software seems solid, but the actual GPS and collection of data from the plug-in devices is not trustworthy enough to be used in managing a fleet of vehicles.
