I love my bracelets and watch bands! Best customer service I have ever dealt with! Very prompt response and extremely helpful when I needed to switch out bracelets that didn't quite fit.

I've ordered from them three times, and each order has been wonderful. Great bracelets that hold up well being worn every day. They keep their color and shape well after being washed. Customer service is very responsive and helpful. This is a great company that I will continue to order from for a long time.

I purchased two of the BETA metal charm bracelets and when I got them the charm was in the wrong position. I emailed customer service and within a day I had easy directions to correct it. I would definitely recommend this brand to all my friends and loved ones! The bracelets are beautiful and fit many different wrist sizes.

First of all, Zox makes wonderful products. I really like their watchbands. They are not only comfortable to wear, but the colors and artwork is beautiful and they are meaningful with a message. I recently needed assistance with ordering a watchband. I contacted them and they were quick to solve the problem. Great customer service.

I can't say enough about the customer service I received after my favorite band stopped scanning, they went way above and beyond to replace it and make sure I felt heard and that they resolved the issue, will definitely be ordering more.

I have ordered numerous interactive bracelets from Zox and I love them. So do my adult kids. If something goes wrong they make it right fast and effortlessly. You have to appreciate a company that truly stands behind their products!

I has ordered the wrong size bands for watch as a gift and when I sent in a ? About returning, they credited me same day so I was able to order the correct size. Awesomeness

This company is amazing. I love ALL (well, 99.9%) of their products. I would recommend Zox to LITERALLY ANYBODY!! I am constantly getting compliments on my straps and even my apple watch bands now! Their Customer Service is TOP NOTCH, you seriously CANNOT find another company with better customer service than Zox, it's OUT OF THIS WORLD! They reply as fast as possible and give you THE BEST possible resolution to your problem, that sometimes you weren't even expecting! One downside I MIGHT say is that MAYBE so many people are ordering that my orders take a while to get to me (at least longer than they used to a year or more ago), BUT I am NOT 100% sure if that is on Zox OR the SLOW POKE Postal Service...
Either way, I have ALWAYS been 100% satisfied with EVERY Zox purchase I have ever made, and I expect that to continue! Oh, and I LOVE the sustainability features of their products! The wristbands are made out of recycled water bottles!!! It doesn't get any better than that!!!! And they last like FOREVER! LOVE, LOVE, LOVE, LOVE ZOX!!!!
