For Father's Day, my kids bought me one of these bracelets and something happened to it. It stopped working. So I contacted the company and they promptly replaced the product for me and were very kind about making sure that I was satisfied.
Customer service is fantastic. The product is really cool and I've had a great all around experience.

I love all my bracelets, only had a few missing or wrong bracelet/keychain. But ZOX team is quick with support in getting the order right. I know I started when the 1st Winnie the Pooh collection came out. I had seen them before by a couple of weeks maybe a month but wasn’t for sure. Then after the first order I was addicted to them, they are amazing. I don’t talk much cause I basically just go to work. But they help out a lot and I’m stressing to day. To much to do and I have a pup my dad shove onto me. He’s adorable but he won’t leave my side or feet alone. Feeling like I can’t get done, so taking a breath to write this. He (demon the pups name) is in his kennel while I sit close by. Thinking of what one bracelet said, I am taking a breath/rest.

I’ve been purchasing bracelets from Zox for a number of years. They make a lovely gift for others or just for me! They give a lovely message to wear all day long. I have recently had an issue with a watch strap and contacted customer services who were very speedy at giving me a voucher to replace the strap without any issue at all. I will definitely continue shopping with Zox

I love my Zox bracelets! Great quality, so many options!! I get weekly notifications for their weekly drops and it ensures I can get what I want before they're sold out.

They're well made, don't stretch easily and are a great fit to my wrist.

Love my Zox bands and the interactive feature! The inspirational quotes are lovely. Had a problem and contacted customer service they got straight back to me and sorted it out immediately, just fantastic company all round, highly recommend.

ZOX bands has something for everyone. The small bands are perfect for kids or the more petite people, and I get large because I am sensitive, so I would say they're sensory friendly (and they DO stretch a good bit). Great quality.

I purchased 3 bracelets, two separate orders. My Grandson got his we followed directions and couldn't get it to work. Sunday night I wrote to the care team and first thing Monday I heard from them. Seriously 5 minutes after I replied to their email the information, I got an alert a new one was already ordered! I am very impressed! I love everything about this company!!

I've had to connect with customer service a few times...usually something I did. Erica has been on point every single time. Love the product and they give really good help when you need answers...

Received an email saying that my order was shipped. Tracking hasn't updated at all.. it's been almost a week and no shipping updates.. tracking still just says "awaiting carrier pickup"
Having read through all of these Trustpilot reviews I'm not surprised but highly annoyed.. do better Zox

Having struggled with anxiety and depression the bracelets are a real comfort and source of encouragement for me. Have gifted them as well. Love the watch bands, best I’ve found for my Apple watch. Rarely have an issue with ordering but if I have the response has been excellent. Fabulous product and lovely company.

Unfortunately the carrier ran over my bracelet and Zox took care of it immediately and sent a new one.

I've ordered 3 for gifts already after the 4 I already have myself.
Only disappointment so far was that I was supposed to receive a free gift and a sticker with my last order and they didn't come with my 2 bracelets.
Everyone does love their baracelts and is talking about how unique they are for gifts, especially Christmas. I really tell everyone and show them mine. You guys are a great bunch of people.
