I've used Zoverstocks on numerous occasions and always via Amazon..

All items have been sent within the time limit stated..

On the one occasion I was sent a faulty disc, this was put right immediately and a full refund issued.

I've always found they respond to emails within 48 hours, this I feel could be quicker.

I personally have complete faith in this company, and will continue to use them as my first port of call for any DVD's or CD's that I may need in the future.

Don't use this company. I just placed an order for a CD on Amazon's 'New and Used' list. Three days later Zoverstocks cancelled the order, which cost just over £6, without explanation. Assuming they had made a mistake and didn't actually have the CD in stock I rechecked seeking other vendors only to find Zoverstocks had relisted the item at over £10.

Utter ripoff

Look at the other reviews on this and other pages and you will see that you really are better off using anyone but Zoverstocks, you simply may not receive your order and they will not return any contact you attempt to make with them.

I have dealt with Zoverstocks many times and have always had a vdery satisfactory service, excellent goods, great service and value

I ordered some items from them for Christmas, a selection of hard to get DVDs for my brother. They sent me the wrong item and instead of sending me a replacement, automatically refunded me and then insisted I reorder the item. The price of the item had increased. When I complained and asked why I should be charged extra for an item I would have received had it not been for their error, they gave me some crap about 'supply and demand' and also admitted the item had been out of stock. I asked for my email to be sent on to a manager, which they refused to do.

They also have a very loose definition of the term 'very good', where items are acceptable at best.

Seems to me like they have some questionable business practices - they offer items at a very low price to get the orders, which they then can't fulfill, refund the ones they can't and put the price up. The customer service is also abysmal - but their model is clearly based on cheapness rather than return visits. I shall certainly never use them or their equivalent on ebay (estocks) or sell anything to where they get their stock (Music Magpie).

Ordered from them (a lot) via Amazon. Always got my things, conditions as described. But as contacting their customer service: there is much improvement to be done...

I can honestly say Zoverstocks for me are fantastic! The amount of cd's and dvd's that I have purchased for the stupid price of 1p!! plus £1.26 p/p is incredible! They have all been perfect, some in the original cellophane. I tend to purchase back catalogued musicals mostly, as I belong to an operatic society and they are useful to performers who've not heard the music from the show that we are putting on that year. I can highly recommend this company, You must speak as you find. I really enjoy shopping with them.

ordered a gift on 13/12/13 which they said would be dispatched between 1-3 days. it is now 23/12/13 and it still has not been dispatched and no email to let me know or apologise. DO NOT USE THIS AWFUL SERVICE!!!!

Never order from these, ordered my so s Christmas presents here, 4 weeks later they still hadn't arrived so I swiftly contacted them to absolutely no reply now my child will not receive his gifts for Christmas. Unacceptable customer service, did not even acknowledge my email very disappointed

Bought from this company a few years. Had a query about an item which they didn't respond to so I decided not to buy from them again. Fast forward a few years. I bought a couple of second hand DVDs. The first one that arrived was rattling around the case and the disc is not readable. I have contacted them but do not expect an answer. For £1,60 I don't really mind. It's worth it to leave them a crap review !

Sure, pretty good prices but the day you have an issue with your order, you might as well forget about your money. Customer service is inexistent, they don't care for their customers. My advice, spend an extra couple of quids and buy from Amazon, at least the customer service answers your emails.

I have used this company to order hundreds of DVD's over the past year. They are super fast at dispatching items, delivery normally takes 4-7 days, which isn't bad considering how cheap it is. I've had a few problems with broken cases but they have refunded me within 24 hours of emailing them. I recommend this company as they're always efficient :)

They're usually on time with deliveries, and their prices are very attractive. Never had any issues with shipments not arriving.

I have spent $100s with Zoverstock and been a loyal customer for over a year. Placed an order of a very rare CD, which I had spent months trying to find. They had trouble processing, even though I have had the same card online for over a year. Instead of contacting me to resolve, they canceled my order, resold my CDs, and informed me after the fact. Within 2 days, that same CD was posted on Ebay for 4X the amount. Got an email from them “sorry out of our hands.” They are inconsiderate, not sincere, and instead of taking 5 minutes to take care of you, they will sell your stuff to make a quick buck. Just telling the truth of my experience. Proceed with caution, because they don't care.

I have waited a little while to write, so I would so while calm. I ordered a cd a few weeks ago, and recvd (incorrectly) a copy of Christmas Love songs (in August). I pointed this out, , they refunded me. I repeated my order, and again recvd incorrect CD. I could go on, but suffice to say I am now the proud owner of 3 copies of Christmas Love Songs. I don't think these guys ever had the original CD I ordered. I have come up against a stone wall with "customer service", who have point blank refused to give me a any email details for a manager/head of dept etc. Zoverstocks are absolutely woeful...never again. sent many, many email, and every chance to rectify. Useless.

I ordered Daniel Johnston's CD "Yip/ Jump Music". The CD jacket was correct, but inside the case was a Memorex DV-R. I thought it was weird. I POPPED it into my car's state-of-the-art CD player, and my ears were greeted with what sounded like an electronic lute and some sort of plucked instrument. The lady singing sounded very pretty. I bet she was pretty in real life. But she was singing about wheat, and planting things to grow. What do I know from wheat? It was pleasant, but my brain feels different now.

I've used zoverstocks several times and picked up some real bargains such as many CDs for just a penny.

Only had one issue with a CD which didn't arrive and was sent a replacement immediately with no quibbles!

I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

I am sorry to hear some people have had a bad experience with Zoverstocks. By contrast, I have found them very efficient with fast no nonsense delivery times, CDs as described, well packaged and VERY competitive prices.

I ordered a CD as a present for my sister, and even after following up with Zoverstocks, they never helped get the CD delivered. Bummer and waste of money.

I ordered a box-set DVD from Zoverstocks which turned up promptly. However, a couple of the discs were faulty & wouldn't load. I reported it immediately to Zoverstocks and their initial reaction was great. They offered a replacement box set & told me to just dispose of the original. After about 10 days, the replacement hadn't been received so I contacted them. They explained that things sometimes get delayed in the post so I should leave it a little longer. It is now over 3 weeks since 'despatch' of my replacement, but has still not been received. Worst of all, Zoverstocks now just ignore my emails, leading me to believe that no replacement product was ever sent.
