I had a CD arrive broken (which happens occasionally). They immediately refunded my money. I've seldom had an easier time with a refund. I was impressed.

They must use the Mayflower to cross the pond and pony express to finish. I can order from Prime and have it delivered the next day. Way too slow for the times.

I just wanted to apologize for the remarks ai made the other day. I don't know what my deal is but I am really sorry. I feel like I was unprofessional and was untwctful. Thank you for refunding my money and I sincerely feel bad about my underhanded comments.

iPad Pro 11 came its didn’t work
So sent it back now been told it will take 14 days to get my money back NO WAY .

Had to buy other power supply as I thought the plug was a bit funny so down another £47 pounds had to buy the power source at the train station.

Then I had to send back by tracker mail another £14 pounds down on the phone to Amazon now requesting my money back as they took if from my account NOT the robbers that sent the iPad ..

My advise never again will I buy from these people OR Amazon if they don’t resolve today .

I’m genuinely puzzled - some great reviews here and some scathing ones.
I’m in the U.K. and I’ve been wanting a blu ray only released in the US, so it’s listed on Amazon.com but not Amazon.co.uk.
However, I’m nervous of overseas transactions (all the extra costs that get loaded on) but I spotted a used copy listed at a great price - so I looked up the seller, Zoverstocks (click the name), and at the bottom it shows they’re part of U.K. company Music Magpie (address in Cheshire) who I’ve bought many blues from and never had a problem.
So I bought it Saturday - and it was delivered Tuesday in perfect condition with no extra costs!
I am VERY HAPPY :)

Great company I had them ship a game I had bought off Amazon came in 13 days from the UK to the USA the game came in good condition couldn't of been happier

THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM!! They will never refund you and blame Amazon for you not getting your money that they sent you! Never buy from them. SCAM COMPANY

Dit is een vervolg op mn voorgaande review.De beloofde full refund is totaal niet in gang gezet door zoverstocks de Mij is beloofd dat zodra ik het goede order id heb dat zij mij gaan helpen om de beloofde refund uit te betalen en nu geveb ze aan dat ik niet de rechtmatige koper van het kapotte item beb puur omdat ik contackt op nam met een ander amazon acount een acount waar niet dit item op gekocht is en tijdens hun belofte wisten ze al lang dat ik onder een ander acount contackt op nam daar ben ik zelf eerlijk in geweest en men is vrij om onder een ander amazon acount contackt op te nemen ze zien immers automatisch je volledige naam en adres dus ze doen nu erg vies ik ga naar de politie!

I usually spend $200 a month between Amazon & eBay, and I almost always forget to leave feedback. I ordered a pretty rare cd from Amazon/Zoverstocks recently (04-27-22) and due to the the tons of negative feedback they recieve I decided I had to this time. I am in the U.S. and Zoverstocks is in the U.K. so I figured I was in for a four week wait. My delivery was supposed to arrive some time between May 18 and June 8. Even before Covid 19 a package shipped from the U.K. to the U.S. took 3-5 weeks so I was going to be extremely happy if it arrived before June. So I open open my mail today (05/07/21) and guess what was in there and adequately packaged to protect my CD.19 days for a package from across the pond is insanely fast under any circumstance. I've ordered things from Canada that took longer. Accusing someone of being dishonest is not my bag. A thousand things can slow an overseas package,but that's not the fault of Seller. I am 100% satisfied and I will not hesitate to Use Zoverstocks again.

I ordered a cd , it arrived in excellent condition although it was a bit slow coming otherwise good value and service.

CD promised for delivery early December, has never appeared. Having read the reviews I wish I had done so before ordering, useless service. Feels now that a delivery will never happen.

Über Amazon eine CD bestellt, die wirklich nirgends im Netz zu finden war, somit war mir die etwas längere Lieferzeit auch egal. Artikel kam eine Woche vor dem frühstmöglich angegebenen Liefertermin an und in besserem Zustand als erwartet. Gerne wieder :) kann die schlechten Bewertungen hier nicht verstehen.

They sent me a dvd set with one defective disc in it. I asked for a partial refund, but they refused. Don't spend your money on their products. Go elsewhere, and be treated fairly. It's not worth the dishonesty, or the hassle. They stole from me.

The worst company ever tbey r not to be trusted tbey will keep sending u tbe wrong g book and make u pay for their mistakes. tbey r a scam turn this company n to the an organization that will shut them down permanently. I forgot to say they can't read they must be stupid.

Scammers they are horrible and I have been waiting on my refund for over a month

Ordered a used copy of Parks and Recreation from Zoverstocks on Amazon. Got my order in just under a month, which sounds like a long time to wait but come on, I only paid $4.00 for shipping and it had to cross the Atlantic Ocean and go through customs. Plus, my used DVD set works just fine in my Xbox. I was scared after belately seeing all the terrible reviews that after all the waiting, the dvds wouldn’t play... but they did. And the condition is fantastic. The case even had the little paper ad insert still. All in all, I have zero complaints and it was one of, if not the, cheapest option for the set.

All I got was an empty envelope, no book inside. These people are cheats

I tried to cancel an order on the same day I made it. They refused even though it wasn't shipped. They claim "great customer service" but they sell DVDs that don't even play on American players (watch them for that). I see many other people are dissatisfied.

This company sells on Amazon. Fails to even ship there products to ensure delivery is after 90 days. This give them an Amazon 90 return policy LOOP HOLE and when there Garbage items are defective they HIDE behind that "policy" and will not make good on any purchase. They have been reported to the fraud division of Amazon.
