I really liked the LIVE webinar
I really liked the LIVE webinar! The presenter was very good. I appreciate getting the recording of the webinar because there was A LOT in there. This is my first time managing GPS Trackit so I need to review it a couple more times, at least. After that I think I can use the "help" tab or call customer service for help.

Poor customer service
The initial training is too scattered. It should be a step by step process. When an instructor states halfway through training that this step should be done first there is a disconnect.
Secondly calling in multiple times and put on callback system and not getting called back 4 times is not a positive response of product.

I like the one on one training. The person was very good but I think that you need vides for the driver in spanish just not in english.
