We are sorry to hear that Evri left your parcel on the doorstep. Courier performance can vary depending on location. It is something we are coming across with a number of couriers, so we are looking into options to have a parcel locker delivery option. Thank you again for providing your feedback.

Please accept out sincere apologies for the failed delivery. I can see you have been in touch with customer services who have dealt with this issue for you. We are aware that courier performance can vary depending on location. At checkout, we do offer an alternative delivery option with UPS, which is a next working day service therefore does incur an additional charge. We are also looking to introduce parcel shop/box deliveries to reduce any courier related issues.

New hipsters to replace a lost pair.
I have had 2 pairs of Zoggs hipsters for a decade, but lost one pair at a hotel. I ordered another pair and they came within a few days (free delivery) and they fit perfectly. I am sure I swam faster in them!

Zoggs Schwimmbrille schon nach wenigen Wochen…
Update following Zoggs’ response:
I followed the recommended care instructions for the goggles, including rinsing them with clean water after use, allowing them to drip dry, and avoiding touching the inside of the lenses. Despite this, the goggles were only usable for a few weeks before the anti-fog performance deteriorated significantly and my vision through the lenses was severely impaired.
For comparison, my previous swimming goggles from another manufacturer lasted approximately two years under normal use.
Therefore, I do not believe that the issue was caused by improper care or handling. I am disappointed that Zoggs declined to replace the goggles under warranty despite me providing the requested information and multiple pictures.
Ursprüngliche Bewertung:
Schwimmbrille schon nach wenigen Wochen angelaufen mit stark verminderter Durchsicht. Austausch/Garantie wurde selbst nach Übersendung abgelehnt. Nie wieder diese Marke

Thank you for your feedback.
We are sorry to hear you that you are experiencing a fogging issues with your goggles.
Fogging can be due to a variety of factors such as Temperature/Time of Year, Water Temperature, Air Temperature, Body Temperature, Pool water containing high levels of chlorine or lotions.
To prevent your goggles fogging up when swimming, we suggest that the goggles are as close to body temperature as possible before use. With regards to the drying of the goggles we recommend rinsing them after use in clean water not sea or pool water and leaving them to drip dry, we do not recommend touching the inside of the goggles as this is where the anti-fog is impregnated into the lens. If they do need to be cleaned we recommend wiping the lens gently with cotton wool.
I hope this information and advice helps resolve your issue. If not please contact us at webshop@zoggs.com and I will arrange with the EU office to send a complimentary bottle of Eco Fog Cleaner. Thank you
