Great customer service
Great customer service. I had a problem with my delivery/courier but Catrin in CS was amazing and responded to my problem quickly. I love the swim suit but had to exchange it for a bigger size.

As an enthusiastic swimmer I initially…
As an enthusiastic swimmer I initially bought two goggles via the official Zoggs webshop in the beginning June of which only one item was properly delivered. The other delivered goggle was a kids goggle which is of no use for me. In line with the instructions I sent the kids goggle back but at the same time reached out to the support asking for shipment of the proper product or return of the prepaid amount. After numerous attempts to reach out to the official email of the webshop, however, I never received any feedback, nor refund or the proper initially ordered item.
I am bitterly disappointed of the service I faced. Hence my trust in a product I once valued is deeply shaken.
The entire process is well documented and can be provided to Zoggs (in case they once answer my emails and complaints).

We are looking into this with the relevant team to understand what has happened and why your experience has fallen short of our Customer Services expectations. We sincerely apologise for the inconvenience and frustration this has caused.
Excellent quality ladies swimsuit
I have always loved zoggs swimsuits but as they last for ages because of their great quality I haven't bought one for a while. We had a last minute holiday so I ordered Tuesday morning and it arrived by Friday morning in time for my holiday 😊☀️. Very impressed and a perfect fit too.

Sizing changed? Not a good fit
I’ve bought Zoggs swimming costumes for leisure swimming for several years. I’m now finding the sizing too small. The past 3 I’ve ordered at my usual size UK 16 are too tight. Cup sizing not right - squashes boobs flat. I’ve lost weight so they should fit better. Returned for now .. the UK18 would be too big.

Thank you for your feedback, I am sorry to hear the costume you bought was not the correct fit. We now use a sustainable fabric which is not only made from recycled plastic bottles but is extremely durable. The tightness will be from fabric compression and shape retention and on some styles, we advise to size up.
Please reach out to us at webshop@zoggs.com and we would be more than happy to help find the right costume for you.

Love zogg costumes I have loads. My only negative thing is they are a little slack around the crutch area and I have to tighten the straps or it can be embarrassing

Mixed results.

The ear plugs work pretty well but only with an Ear band-it to hold them in place.
The goggles leak. Had to be drained every 50 meters. Will go back to DHB. Cheaper, easier adjustment and softer, wider seal.
I did use the face scanning App to select the right size before buying.

Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry to hear the products you bought were not suitable.
We do two sizes of ear plugs, plus silicone options as we understand one size will not fit all.
The goggles may not have been the correct fit. We have a helpful guide on goggle fitting as again everyone has different shape and size faces.
