Lovely swimming costume
Lovely swimming costume. Only issue I had was taking the hygiene label off as it is paper with very sticky adhesive.

Love your swim suits
Love your swim suits, especially the silver lined ones. Have to say I find the sizing a bit off - hence 4 stars. I am a clothes size 14/16 but I always have to size up to an 18. Doesn’t stop me from buying though!

Terrible customer service - RESOLVED!
This is an update to my post yesterday. Within an hour of posting my 1 star review, I was contacted by Katie Barrett of Customer Services who apologised for the problems I had encountered and has now refunded the cost of the faulty costume and given me a 25% discount voucher code on a future purchase, if I wish to give them another chance. Thank you for your efficiency Katie. I have suggested a manned Customer Service phone line be implemented rather than emails which go unanswered or disappear into the ether.

Linning on the back
I liked the front fo swimming suit but back didn’t have lining that I felt didn’t have enough support
28. september 2026
Svar fra Zoggs
Thank you for sharing your feedback.
Just to clarify, our swimsuits are designed with either full front lining, gusset lining or no lining. at the front only. Lining provides an extra layer of fabric to prevent transparency when wet. Leaving the back unlined allows for a more flexible and breathable fit that contours to the body without excess bulk.
We understand that everyone has different preferences when it comes to support and coverage, and we really appreciate you sharing your experience with us. We’ve also passed your feedback on to our design team
