I didn’t like my account being hit on payday right after midnight before my paycheck hit. I think it happened a couple of times, so perhaps timing of the auto draft can be changed.

You never reported anything to the credit bureau! I paid it off in three months to help my credit and it did nothing! So what was the point?

I talked to someone on the phone about getting a statement.
I talked to someone on the phone about my bill and asked for a statement of my balance to be emailed to me. I should not have to call for my statement, it ought to be sent including what I have paid and what is outstanding. I would like to receive a monthly statement, thank you.
