Nici măcar atât nu merita. mi-au luat aproape 300 de lei de pe card, banii fiicei mele, le am trimis zeci de mailuri, și nu răspunde nimeni la ele. Mi au retras banii (banii fiicei mele pentru cadoul zilei ei de naștere) , nu exista optiunea de anulare a abonamentului pe aplicație, și nu vor sa mi dea banii înapoi. o sa fac report laECC Romania and ECC Cyprus (European Consumer Centre), și voi da multe feedback uri de scam peste tot. Așa ceva este absolut inacceptabil. Nici nu știu cum de nu le a închis nimeni site ul, și cum de sunt în legalitate. Sa nu va faceți cont la ei. Sunt hoți. Va va lua banii degeaba.

Wow what a scam. I have been emailing to cancel a 3 day subscription that ended up into a reoccurring debit. I have been told they can't find the email, Blah blah.. I have emailed Racheal as per the comments and guess what she did. Absolutely nothing. So im guessing she will come here to say she will look into. People need to be warned about this Scammer. Absolutely disgusting trying to make a living of stealing!

🚨 BE VERY CAREFUL BEFORE SIGNING UP TO ZODEYA

I signed up for what was presented to me as a $3 three-day offer. I did NOT knowingly agree to a $59 monthly subscription.

I then discovered that $59 was being deducted from my account every month**.

As soon as I realised what was happening, I contacted Zodeya Support, clearly requested cancellation of the subscription and a refund, and expected the matter to be resolved.

Instead, another $59 was deducted from my account.

So I am now being charged again AFTER I had already contacted them to cancel.

This is completely unacceptable. I have documented the charges and my cancellation request and am now escalating the matter through my bank/card provider.

If you are considering signing up for Zodeya, read every single term of the offer and check your bank statements carefully afterwards**.

I am posting this review because other customers should be aware of my experience before handing over their payment details.

Despite numerous emails to support and Rachel there has been no response. Almost R1000 taken from my account when I didn't even follow through with the trial. I am requesting not only a cancellation but a refund please!!!!

I signed up out of curiosity for a $1 trial, which was meant to last for three days. After the trial ended, I was charged $59.99 on 25 September without my authorisation or any clear information that this payment would be taken. On the same day, I contacted support to cancel any further payments. The website states that confirmation will be sent within 24 to 48 hours. It has now been five days, and I have still not received any response from them. The website also says that you can cancel the subscription through the app, but there is no option to do so.
I am very disappointed with the lack of transparency regarding the payment and the lack of customer support.

I can ill afford being scammed like this. I’m a pensioner who has worked hard and honestly all my life.
And these people just steal my money.
I’m now unable to pay for food for the next 5 days.

I have sent countless emails regarding transactions that they are attempting on my card. Absolutely no response received.
They keep trying to take money off of my account. Bunch of scammers!! Stay away!!

I subscribe for $1.99 on Sunday. Last night they went on my account without my permission to grab $79.99. Please help me. How can I get my $80 back

This, as you will read, is a SCAM site. There was no way to cancel the so-called “trial” and I was charged $59.99 for a site I never used.

I find it a very sad statement about our society when people seeking help coping with mental health issues get scammed by unscrupulous merchant who prey on a vulnerable population. I don’t worry about AI, the models are trained with principles, unlike the dirtbags who operate this site.

I did a trial for 3 days. Was charged on day 4 $59.99 good for another month. and never notified of subscription. I did not want access until Oct 25, 2026, I requested a refund. All companies should notify subscribers regarding a renewal for a subcription. I am waiting on a response and will dispute with my bank.

Is not even worth the 1 star…paid for the trail period, tried to cancel on same day. Tells you how to cancel but you can’t actually do it on the app. So emailed which is their other option, guess what they just ignore and now have had a large subscription fee debited from my account which I’m in the process of trying to get back….Avoid this site at all costs it’s a scam!

Update …so yesterday I sent an email to Rachel as per response below and absolutely no response! What a surprise

When you subscribe for a 3 day trial for 1 dollar they use your bankaccount to collect 60 dollars after 3 days.

No option to cancel, no option to get your money back. They don’t respond to e-mails.

I only gave permission for a 3 day trial, never signed up for a subscription. It’s sad that you have to ‘earn’ your money like this! Get a real job!!

@Rachel, I allready did and you canceled my subscription. I am still waiting to get my money back. Untill then it is stolen money.

This is a scam! I signed up for there 1 dollar try for three days and cancelled directly after that. Since there is no cancellation button in the app I had to email them. They didn’t answer and after 3 days they tried to draw 59 dollars from my card. By when they didn’t answer I understood it was a HOAX AND SCAM and I had closed my card for online payment so the withdrawal from them was denied. I then called my card company and had to kill my card and get a totally new one!!!!
Also the app is not available on Apple so I should have understood it was a scam!!!

I send my cancellation request directly after I signed up for a 3 day trial. It took 5-7 days before they answered and they answered late so they could make a withdrawal from my card. I called my bank and they looked into this company, you know the bank has lot more information than regular persons. And they advised me to close my card and get a new one, even though it created a lot of work for me. The bank said the company set up is shady. They tried to withdraw money from an account in Cyprus but the company itself is situated in a totally other country. The bank said that this is a sign this is not a serious company. And Rachel, of course I will not email you directly!

I'm more stressed out than ever before, thought it would be a good idea to subscribe to this for a trial to see if I liked it as it did say you can cancel any time, but I've had no response from emails I've sent to cancel, just getting ignored, such a scam, I've had to freeze my account so no further money comes out, please do not subscribe to this. 😔

I tried a 1EUR free trial out of curiosity and without prompting it charged me ~50 EUR after this period what is a 12 week plan without a current bonus on the subscription plan. There is no way to cancel automatic renewal on the website and I did not get any reply on my inquiry from the support right away.
After a longer discussion with support they acknowledge my concerns about charging a full 12 week plan without a actual bonus and compensate me back the credit card charge.

Seems to be a scam going on with this company, paid for 3 day trial but they have now taken £39.99 from my account. This was not agreed to at the start of the trial, I’m pretty careful with subscriptions and will cancel as soon as I need to, I checked the settings and subscriptions within my Apple account and it’s not listed there and there doesn’t appear to be anyway of cancelling within the App. It only stated that the trial was in place, now it’s showing as active but you can’t click on to cancel. I have emailed customer services and have had no response and no way of cancelling. Absolute scam!!! Avoid!!!!!

SCAMMERS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! When I tried their site i was only aware of a $1 payment, 3 days later they've deducted $59 form my account, I have emailed them and they are not responding!!! They also dont have a cancellation option!! I WANT MY BANK!!!!! HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE SCAMMERS!!!!! I have email Rachel 5 times and she has not responded not even ONCE!!!! BLOODY SCAMMERS!!!!!
