I strongly advise against purchasing products from this brand due to their consistently poor quality. I purchased my dishwasher three years ago, but it malfunctioned within three months. Despite my efforts to have it repaired, the company refused to replace the entire appliance. Instead, they only provided the necessary replacement part, leaving me to hire a technician to fix the issue.
Furthermore, the refrigerator display panel has also failed within three months of purchase. The company has refused to replace the entire refrigerator, only sending me the replacement part. Consequently, I have been forced to pay a technician to repair the problem.
Additionally, the microwave is exhibiting concerning behavior. It frequently emits a loud flashing light whenever I attempt to cook, which raises the risk of a fire.

Needless to say, the stove hood looks great due to the excellent service we received.

Zline stepped up and rectified an issue that we had with a vendor that sells line. We were left, by the vendor, to have to contend with their mistake and lack of customer service and empathy. Zline swooped in and made the issue go away.. no fuss no muss.. we are grateful!! thank you

The customer service rep that helped me on the phone and then again online did a great job helping me find the product I needed. I wish I would have know this when I ordered the original, but am so thankful that I could fix the problem now and be able to use the beautiful hammered copper range hood in my house! What a great statement it will make when finished! Again, your products are beautiful and will look to use zline products in the future.

We had a ZLINE dishwasher that broke in September 2025, so we scheduled someone to come fix it - it would not stay closed during a wash cycle. We came back in December to find that they fixed the door, but somehow broke the button panel in the process, so we couldn't turn it on. They told us they would send the new parts for someone to install. Over a month later they hadn't come. We then decided to replace the whole dishwasher. They installed the new one, but forgot the screws to attach the front panel. So now when we open the door it slams shut, and we have to weigh it down to load and unload. They said they'd send the necessary screws to attach it, but 1 month later they still haven't arrived. This process has been drawn out too long, and we haven't had a working dishwasher for 6 months.

Bought a Zline stove 2020, Zline said was from a 3rd party reseller on EBay. Why is Zline allowing the sale of their stoves on a 3rd party site. My stove had NEVER been used, just returned evidently to Zline. Their stoves are manufactured in China. My stove thermostat failed almost immediately in 2020. Zline sent out 3 service companies over 3 yrs who never fixed the problem. Banana bread cooks outside but not inside. All food cooks this way. Gas burners work. Very frustrating. Ebay 3rd party site was NOT a Zline reseller. Their stoves fail evidently and IMO so much so Zline sells off their returned stoves calling these resellers “3rd party”. Buy at your risk or failure. The follow up by the company does not produce results. Zline very good at “pretending” to fix your problem (3 yrs now) and not fixed. IMO stove likely to fail. IMO not worth the $$$$. Will never buy or recommend this company to anyone.

Bought a 30-inch range hood and the decibel levels are at least 25% higher than advertised. These things are noisy garbage.

Zline appliances are absolute garbage. We purchased a new house in 2022 that has a zline refrigerator, oven and microwave. the microwave last all of 18months before it started sparking internally and almost causing a fire in our home. The oven would never heat to the temperature it said and eventually the coil went out. After multiple repairs we decided to buy a new oven after just 2 years of use. Same issues with the fridge. This brand of appliances is absolute garbage and I would never recommend using them every again. Save yourself the hassle and DON"T BUY ZLINE garbage

BRIAN M...WAS AMAZING...He explained every single detail and helped me decide what model would be right for me.
He also went over everything about what I needed to know for installation.
Because of this great telephone service...I got from Brian M....I would not even consider going to another company. Before I called, I knew there were three different brands that were highly recommended. I will not even consider any of the other brands...because of this unbelievable customer service. THANK YOU for Hiring such a great technical assistant...and for having such quality service people in your employ!!!! I say all of this with the greatest of sincerity!

In my lifetime I have never seen such a professional, courteous and caring Individual person like BRYAN!! Once again BRYAN is one of a kind person. I had problem with my stove, BRYAN solved the problem with the stove right away!! The stove was installed on 1/3 and never tested after installation as promised by Albo (store I purchased from). I was referred to open a case with Zline and have been trying to work with Zline warranty to no avail.
This is a brand new range and has been problematic since the day it was installed. It has not yet worked correctly. Some burners ignite sometimes and other times they don’t. Several of the burners have never ignited but work if I light them manually with a lighter. Not all of the igniters spark and even after lighting with a lighter the smallest possible flame on the duo burners is way too high.
After multiple emails and senseless troubleshooting steps I was asked to take they finally said a technician would come out.
A tech was scheduled and confirmed for 1/9 between 8am-6pm and the technician did not show up. Zline scheduled another for 1/16 and was given a 9a-12pm window and the tech shows up at 2pm (another day waiting around). I was told a part was needed to fix my new stove.
A part arrived at my home on 1/25 and I had an appointment on 1/30 between 9a-12p to have it installed to hopefully fix the issue but again nobody showed up.
I called Zline on 1/30 and they told me the technician could not get in touch with me and was running late which wasn’t accurate because I called and texted the tech multiple times that day. Zline told me they would reschedule ASAP.
Nothing has been scheduled and I have called and emailed Zline again and have not heard back. It appears they are now just ignoring my calls and emails, and so is Albo.

Frustrating to see so many 5 star reviews…makes me wonder if line owns trust pilot. Bought a full kitchen set for close to $15,000 and have had issues with every single appliance in some capacity. Unfortunately now I’m out of warranty and stuck with a $500 range repair which is common from what I understand.

I am a proud Zline Range owner. I needed a small burner cap for the range. It was just before Christmas. Zline support staff treated me like their only customer and went overboard to make sure I received the part I needed on time. Many other companies could certainly learn from the Zline customer support staff. The kind lady who helped me surely went above and beyond to get the order out and even checked on me after to make sure I got the part. A job well done and an example of excellence

The dishwasher was still under warranty, bought from Home Depot , throws F5 error. Zline finally acknowledges it and sends repair part. We replace the part since being without a dishwasher for so long white we waited for the is so frustrating. It didn't fix the problem and now Zline says we voided the warranty.
Don't buy Zline, their warranty and service is a SCAM

The fact that Zline went forward and gave me the parts I needed to fix my range at no charge was absolutely amazing. They did not have to do that. They listened to my issue and were genuinely concerned in helping me get it resolved. This action on their part displayed tremendous customer service.

We purchased our 36 inch dual fuel range June 2025. We immediately start having issues with the oven burning or taking sometimes as much as triple the time to bake an item. we reported this to z line in early November. The warranty service is less than adequate the customer experience people are nice and friendly but when it leaves them it all falls a apart. I am told to self diagnosis and send them pictures and videos, I had to purchase a remote thermometer to get a video of the oven at 5 min. then 30 mins to show the temp reading, proof of purchase (in some cases multiple times). It took almost 4 weeks to get a tech scheduled. The Service man they sent was very unprofessional made my wife very uncomfortable by taking pictures of our house, inside and out, and asking if we had a walkout basement and trying to wander around our house. We were worried about what he would do with the pictures and if he would be back later to rob us. I now have to physically check all doors and lock the door to our basement because my wife is afraid he or someone else will show up. The fan was not an issue but after he "repaired" the stove the fan rattles and we still have the same issues. We found 3 screws that were not installed the back was not put back on correctly I had to take it back apart and reassemble then found where 2 of the three screws went. When we reported what happened with the tech, we have talked to 3 reps and 1 manager, and the issue was not repaired we were told this was terrible and his behavior was unacceptable they started a new warranty claim for the warranty people to schedule the same guy back again. Why would they send the same guy back after we reported what he did and how we felt. After we get it rescheduled with a different provider he, the first service provider, starts texting want to know what the issue is and then just texts "?". Then insult to injury we were offered a 150 dollar inconvenience credit. We purchased this because we read a few reviews about how good the company was, we have since discovered this is a common issue for them. with little to no resolution. At this time,(Jan 6th 2026) we are waiting on a second tech to come 2 weeks into the scheduling of it will not be here until the `14th of January.
