Gesjoemel met diamanten en certificaat
Ik ben een echte klant deze review is 100% waar. Ik heb drie jaar geleden bij Zizov een ovale natural diamond ring gekocht. Dit jaar heb ik die ring laten controleren bij een andere juwelier in Antwerpen.
De juwelier was zo vriendelijk om mijn ring to controleren en hieruit bleek: het GIA-nummer op het certificaat klopt niet met het nummer dat in de ring gegraveerd staat. Die juweliers waren oprecht gechoqueerd en ook diep teleurgesteld toen ze dat zagen omdat ze zelf persoonlijk de zizov familie kennen. Mij werd gezegd dat de diamant wel echt is en natural (niet labgrown) maar dat er gesjoemeld is met de diamant of met het GIA-certificaat. Hierdoor heeft de diamant niet dezelfde waarde als de waarde die ze op het certificaat schrijven.
Wat mij echt raakt, is dat ik mij toen veilig en gerustgesteld voelde bij die aankoop. Ik vertrouwde op Nina haar vriendelijke uitstraling.
Achteraf voelt dat vertrouwen compleet misplaatst. Het is nu drie jaar later en er valt niets meer aan te doen, maar het gevoel van bedrog blijft.
Ik zou niemand aanraden om hier iets te kopen. Bij diamanten verwacht je eerlijkheid en die heb ik hier niet gekregen. En als u hier toch een aankoop doet, ga 10 min na je aankoop eens binnen bij de juweliers er naast om het eens te laten nakijken

Geachte mevrouw,
Wij herkennen ons absoluut niet in deze review. Bij Zizov Diamonds werken wij uitsluitend met natuurlijke diamanten mét certificaat, evenals lab-grown diamanten, altijd volledig transparant en controleerbaar.
Wij verwerken duizenden stenen per maand. In zo’n volume kan er in uitzonderlijke gevallen een misverstand ontstaan, wij zijn tenslotte allemaal mensen. Tot op heden is er echter geen enkel concreet bewijs geleverd dat uw beweringen ondersteunt.
Indien u twijfels had, had u altijd welkom geweest in onze winkel om dit persoonlijk te bespreken. Dat is niet gebeurd. Wij nodigen u nog steeds uit om langs te komen, desnoods samen met de juwelier die u naar eigen zeggen persoonlijk kent, zodat alles ter plaatse objectief kan worden geverifieerd.
Op basis van de beschikbare informatie lijkt het probleem niet bij ons te liggen. Het publiekelijk plaatsen van ongefundeerde beschuldigingen zonder voorafgaand contact vinden wij ongepast.
Deze review, afkomstig van een vermeende klant, zal geen impact hebben op onze reputatie, die is opgebouwd op kwaliteit, expertise en vertrouwen. Ik heb u ook net aan de lijn gehad zodat u langskomt en dat we dit zullen samen bekijken en een oplossing vinden als nodig. U begrijpt dat we u willen helpen en dat al dit onnodig is, dus als u de reviews kunt verwijderen zouden we het erg apprecieren.
